PEPR is externally managed by its management company, ProLogis Management S.à r.l, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prologis, Inc., a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The management team comprises the PEPR board and two officers. The PEPR board consists of four independent members and two members appointed by PEPR’s management company.

PEPR’s board is responsible for reviewing certain decisions prior to their implementation by the management company. In all other respects, PEPR’s management company manages the day-to-day activities of PEPR in the exclusive interest of its unitholders.

Formerly Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Atos Origin, an international IT company. Mr Cherpitel has also served as Chairman and director of the Red Cross Foundation; as General Secretary of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Geneva; and as Managing Director of Security Capital Group in London. The majority of Mr Cherpitel’s professional career has been with J.P. Morgan, a leading global financial bank, where he began as a trainee and progressed to Managing Director of the French operation.

A retired senior vice president and director of Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc., one of the world's largest management consulting firms, and currently the chairman of its advisory board in Paris, he is the managing partner of Management Patrimonial Conseil which advises entrepreneurs and large company owners on their assets allocation and investment strategies.

A former president of the American Chamber of Commerce in France and director of Carrefour, the world number two distribution chain, he is currently a member of Vivendi and DMC supervisory Boards.

Mr. Anderson is the head of global operations and investment management for Prologis, Inc. and is also a member of the company’s executive committee. In January 2010, Mr. Anderson was appointed as a board member for ProLogis European Properties. Prior to this, Mr. Anderson was Prologis’ President of Europe and the Middle East, as well as Chairman of the European Operating Committee. He has served as a managing director for Prologis’ Southwest and Mexico Regions, a market officer for several U.S. states, and a market representative for two Mexico cities. He is currently a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Based: USA

Mr. Dunne is President of Prologis Europe, responsible for all aspects of Prologis' European operational performance, including investments and development. Mr. Dunne is also a member of the Prologis’ executive committee. In June 2011, Mr. Dunne was appointed as a board member for ProLogis European Properties.

Prior to joining Prologis in July 2008, Mr. Dunne was Chief Operating Officer - EMEA at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global financial and professional services firm specialising in real estate services and investment management. In addition, Mr. Dunne spent five years as Chief Operating Officer for the JLL’s Central and Eastern Europe and Russia region. Prior to joining JLL’s EMEA business, Mr. Dunne worked with the company's European Finance team based in London.

Peter Cassells is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PEPR. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Cassells was senior vice president and chief financial officer of PEPR. He joined ProLogis in 2000 and has been responsible for fund management, investor relations, reporting, treasury and corporate secretarial functions.

Previously Mr. Cassells worked with Elsag Bailey Process Automation NV and Anglo-American plc in various finance and treasury positions. He is a qualified chartered accountant, having trained and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Cassells received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin. In 1990 he qualified as Associate Chartered Accountant with the ICAI and in 2000 was elected Fellow Chartered Accountant.

Prior to becoming head of asset management for PEPR, Mr Nelson was most recently responsible for European acquisitions and disposals, in addition to coordinating independent portfolio valuations across Europe. Mr Nelson joined ProLogis in January 2001 and is currently based in Amsterdam.

Prior to joining ProLogis, Simon was a partner and investment director at DTZ in France, covering all aspects of commercial real estate investment. Mr. Nelson received his M.A. in French and Italian from the University of Edinburgh and his M.Sc. in Property Management and Development from the University of East London. In addition, Mr. Nelson is a UK trained chartered surveyor.
